Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd approves preferential issue of warrants

The Board of Directors of Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd at its meeting held on August 07, 2013, has considered and approved issue of 20,00,000 Equity Warrants under Preferential Issue guidelines of SEBI to Promoters group with an option to apply for one Equity Share of Rs. 10/- for each Warrant.
