Alembic Board recommends 50% dividend

Alembic Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 50% (i.e. Rs 1/- per Equity Share) on Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each for the year ended on March 31, 2007.
