Lotte India Board to consider rights issue

Lotte India Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider the audited accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the proposal for the Rights Issue.
