South India Paper Board to recommend dividend

South India Paper Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 31, 2007, inter alia, to approve the Audited Financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
