Kamat Hotels withdraws sub-division of shares

With reference to earlier announcement dated May 18, 2007 regarding sub-division of shares, Kamat Hotels India Ltd has announced that the Company has been decided not to go for sub-division of shares at this point of time and the Company may go for the same at appropriate time.
