Albert David Board to recommend dividend

Albert David Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, to consider and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 & also consider recommendation of dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and fixing the date of closure of the Register of Members of the Company for the purpose.
