Bank of Baroda has announced that the Bank through its London branch issued Upper Tier - II Bonds under the aforesaid Establishment of Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme as per the details given below:

1. Status / Format : UT-II / Reg-S-Registered (off the EMTN Programme)

2. Issue Size: USD 300 Mio

3. Maturity Date: May 25, 2022

4. Call : May 25, 2017

5. Settlement : May 24, 2007 (Long First Coupon on November 25, 2007)

6. Coupon : 6.6250% (Semi-annual)

7. Listing: Singapore Exchange (SGX)
