Lanco Industries Board recommends 10% dividend

Lanco Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 10% Rs 1/- per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2007.
