Som Distilleries Board to meet on issue of warrants to Kotak Mahindra Bank

Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltd has announced that a meting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2007, inter alia, for allotment of 2141689 Warrants convertible into equity shares of Rs 18.35 each (including premium of Rs 8.35 per share) to Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
