Tata Motors Updates on dividend announcement

With reference to earlier announcement dated May 18, 2007 regarding dividend, Tata Motors Ltd has now announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 18, 2007 had declared a dividend of Rs 15/- per share for FY 06-07 (Previous Year: "Rs 13/-" per share), subject to the approval of the shareholders at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

Earlier the Company had mentioned that the previous year dividend was of "Rs 130" per share, which should be read as "Rs 13/-" per share.
