Lok Housing & Constructions Board to consider Rights Issue

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd will be held on July 23, 2013, to consider and discuss the "Rights Issue". The important terms and conditions of the Issue such as ratio, issue price, number of shares, timing and other necessary arrangements with the intermediaries' will be discussed.

The Board will consider proposal to shift the Registers and Index of Members and copies of Annual Returns U/s. 159 of the Companies Act, 1956, etc. and under applicable provisions at the Registered Office of the Company's Registrar & Transfer Agents viz. Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd.

The Board will also consider the date of forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
