Mahindra & Mahindra revises Open Offer schedule to the shareholders of Punjab Tractors

Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd ("Manager to the Offer"), for & on behalf of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd & Mahindra Holdings & Finance Ltd ("Acquirers") acting in concert with each other, has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement ("PA"), to the shareholders of Punjab Tractors Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") dated March 12, 2007, corrigendum to PA issued on May 03, 2007 and corrigendum to PA issued on May 18, 2007, pursuant to and in compliance with, among others, Regulation 12 and Regulation 10 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 as amended ("Regulations").
