Aarti Drugs declares interim dividend as final dividend

Aarti Drugs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007 has not recommended any final dividend and the Interim dividend of Rs 1.20 ps. (12%) per share on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up already declared and paid by the Company in March 2007 is confirmed as final dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
