HDFC allots 4303780 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on June 22, 2013 allotted 43,03,780 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees and director.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 310,82,62,850 consisting of 155,41,31,425 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
