Pricol allots 45 lakh Equity Shares to PHI Capital Solutions LLP

PHI Capital Solutions LLP, the holder of convertible warrants of Pricol Ltd had exercised the conversion option and paid the balance amount. On June 13, 2013, the Company converted 45,00,000 convertible Share warrants into 45,00,000 Equity Shares of Re.1/- each & allotted the same to "PHI Capital Solutions LLP".

With the said issue & allotment, the issued & paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 90 million to Rs. 94.50 million.

Shares of Pricol Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.17, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.45 and low of Rs.16.95.

The total traded quantity was 2140 compared to 2 week average of 7425.
