The Board of Directors of Pearl Electronics Ltd at its meeting held on June 07, 2013 have allotted 92,30,000 (Ninety Two Lacs Thirty Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each at a price of Rs. 25/-(Rupees Twenty Five) per equity share, including a premium of Rs. 15/- (Rupees Fifteen) per equity share on Preferential Basis to Strategic Investors not forming part of the Promoter Group of the Company in compliance with Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and subsequent amendments thereto.
