The Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Fortis Healthcare Ltd has by a resolution dated June 06, 2013 allotted 18,833,700 equity shares of the Company to International Finance Corporation, on a preferential basis, at an issue price of Rs. 99.09 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 1,866,231,333, in accordance with applicable law.

Shares of Fortis Healthcare Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.89.95, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.92.50 and low of Rs.89.05.
