Adani Ports fixes 'Issue Price' as Rs. 150 for proposed issue of equity shares by way of IPP

The Finance Committee of Board of Directors of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has by a resolution dated June 05, 2013 finalized the issue price of Rs. 150/- per Equity Share to be issued pursuant to an institutional placement programme under Chapter Vlll-A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended.

Shares of Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.154.05, down by Rs.1.15 or 0.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.155.10 and low of Rs.149.65.

The total traded quantity was 1.89 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 1.59 lakhs.
