Sangam India Board to recommend dividend

Sangam India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2007, inter-alia, to consider the following:

1. Consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend for the financial year 2006-2007, if any.
