Maharashtra Scooters Board recommends 30% dividend

Maharashtra Scooters Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 3.00 per share (30%), subject to approval of shareholders.
