NIIT Technologies Board to recommend dividend

NIIT Technologies Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To consider and take on record the Audited Accounts and Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007;

2. To consider and recommend dividend, for the year 2006-07, if any.
