Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of the payment of Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.
