Banswara Syntex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2007, to consider the following major issues:

1. Audited working results of the Company for the year 2006-07.

2. Auditor's Report on Annual Accounts for the year 2006-07.

3. To consider and recommend for payment of dividend for the year 2006-07.

4. Capital Investment budget for the year 2007-08.
