OM Metals secures Rs 158 crore orders for Hydro-mechanical works of Teesta Low Dam HE & Uri-II HE Project

OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd has announced that the Company has secured order for executing Hydro mechanical works for Teesta Low Dam HE project (Stage-IV) and Uri-II HE project valued at approximately Rs 158 crore from National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd. The order size for Teesta Low Dam project is Rs 99 crore and Uri-II project is Rs 59 crore. Teesta Low Dam project is based in Darjeeling district, West Bengal, and Uri-II project is based Baramulla district, Jammu & Kashmir.
The order is for designing, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of Hydro-mechanical works for these 2 projects. The orders are expected to be executed over the next three years.
The stock was trading at Rs.49, up by Rs.2 or 4.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.51 and low of Rs.47. The total traded quantity was 34826 compared to 2 week average of 26733.
