OSFC sanctions Debt restructuring of Shiva Cement

Shiva Cement Ltd has announced that OSFC, an State FI have restructured their dues through settlement. It was an old dated high cost debt. Waiver is about Rs 26 mill. adding income to the current quarter. Part funding for settlement is to be provided by ACC Ltd.
The stock was trading at Rs.9.14, up by Rs.0.43 or 4.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.14 and low of Rs.8.70. The total traded quantity was 314694 compared to 2 week average of 835511.
