Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has announced that Diana Buildwell Pvt Ltd, a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of the Company, has acquired a sea-facing hotel property together with land admeasuring about 21 acres situated at Vagator Beach, Goa, from Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd.
The stock was trading at Rs.386.80, down by Rs.4.20 or 1.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.396.70 and low of Rs.385.10. The total traded quantity was 627420 compared to 2 week average of 3413332.
