Suzlon Energy Ltd has announced that the Company has, as on date, an order book position of Rs 9,486.25 Crores comprising of Rs 1408.26 Crores of domestic orders and Rs 8,077.99 Crores of export orders
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, has, subject to approval of members by way of special resolution, approved utilisation of part of the IPO proceeds for purposes other than those stated in the Prospectus.
The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 16, 2007 to July 25, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 25, 2007.
The stock was trading at Rs.1171.80, down by Rs.79.10 or 6.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1255.10 and low of Rs.1165.15. The total traded quantity was 97333 compared to 2 week average of 100678.
