Honourable High Court of Judicature at Bombay approves Scheme of Arrangement of Aptech

Aptech Ltd has announced that Honourable High Court of Judicature at Bombay vide their order dated April 27, 2007, has approved the scheme of capital reduction under section 100 to 104 read with section 78 of the Companies Act, whereby, the debit balance in the Profit and Loss Account as at December 31, 2006 will be adjusted against the balance standing to the credit of the Securities Premium Account in the books of the Company. The reduction will be given effect to in the financial accounts for the year ended December 31, 2007.
