Excel Industries Board to recommend dividend

Excel Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Annual Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year 2006-07.

2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2006-07.
