Triton Corp Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, to discuss and consider investment in M/s. West Talk Corporate Ltd and M/s. New Beginnings Finance Ltd based at London, U.K. by way of purchase of their 100% equity capital from their existing shareholders.
