National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2007, for considering the following:

1. To take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.
