Dhanalakshmi Bank Board recommends 10% dividend

Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 10% for the year, subject to approval of RBI.
