Restile Ceramics Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
"The ratio of shares to be issued to shareholders on rights basis as approved by the members in the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 28, 2006 be and is hereby changed from 4:5 to 26:35 (i.e. Twenty Six Equity Shares for every 35 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each held (fractional entitlement if any to be rounded off to the next higher integer)."
