Accel Frontline Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, has declared an interim dividend of 15% (Rs 1.50/- per Equity Share) out of the profit of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 to all the shareholders.
