Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that a meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on June 15, 2007, for the purpose of amalgamation of Purvi Diamonds Pvt Ltd with the Company.
Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, has decided to call an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on June 15, 2007, as per the directive of the court.
The stock closed the day at Rs.390.30, up by Rs.0.70 or 0.18%. The total traded quantity was 362 compared to 2 week average of 21379. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.405 and low of Rs.389.70.
