Sterling Tools to treat interim dividend as final dividend

Sterling Tools Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, has taken the following decision to treat the Interim Dividend @30%, already declared on March 19, 2007 and paid, as final dividend for the Financial Year 2006-2007.
