Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of Audited Final Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, on Equity Share of the Company.
