Welcast Steels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommend dividend for the financial year 2006-07.

3. Date of Book Closure.
