Ratnabali Capital Board recommends Re.1 dividend

Ratnabali Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 1/- per share for the financial year 2006-07.
