Sagar Cements Board to recommend final dividend

Sagar Cements Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2007, inter alia, to take on record the financial results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2007 and if appropriate, to recommend final dividend for the said year.
