Lanco Infratech Ltd has announced the Audited financial results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2007. The results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007 are as follows: The Company has posted a profit after taxation of Rs 242.66 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 38.77 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 2202.10 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 994.38 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
The results for the Year ended March 31, 2007 are as follows: The Company has posted a profit after taxation of Rs 730.61 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 97.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 5533.99 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 1527.38 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
The consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2007 are as follows: The Group has posted a profit after tax, minority & share of profits of associates of Rs 569.00 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 83.11 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 5005.65 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 967.62 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
The consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2007 are as follows: The Group has posted a profit after tax, minority & share of profits of associates of Rs 1879.97 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 170.67 million for the year ended March 31, 2006. Total Income is Rs 16473.48 million for the year ended March 31, 2007 where as the same was at Rs 1483.93 million for the year ended March 31, 2006.
During the financial year ended March 31, 2007 the Company had consolidated certain group entities engaged in the business of Power, Construction and Property Development under its management. Consequently, these Companies have become its subsidiaries / associates. Hence, the consolidated results for the current period are not fully comparable with those of the corresponding period of the previous year.
