Emco Board recommends 50% dividend

Emco Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 5/- per share (50%) on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07, subject to the approval of Members of the Company.
