Welspun-Gujarat Stahl Board recommends 20% dividend

Welspun-Gujarat Stahl Rohren Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 20% on Equity Shares of Rs 5/- each fully paid-up.

The stock was trading at Rs.144.80, up by Rs.5.35 or 3.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.146.25 and low of Rs.140.75. The total traded quantity was 1836836 compared to 2 week average of 925729.
