Schrader Duncan Board to recommend final dividend

Schrader Duncan Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2007, inter alia, to approve the Company's audited financial results and recommend payment of final dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007.
