Dalmia Cements Board recommends final dividend

Dalmia Cements Bharat Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2007, inter alia, has decided to recommend a final dividend of Re 1/- per Equity Share of Rs 2/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2007 in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 2/- disbursed in March 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has also decided to approve the Scheme of Amalgamation between its wholly owned subsidiary Eswar Cements Pvt Ltd and the Company, effective April 01, 2007.
