DCW Board to declare final dividend

DCW Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Declaration of Final Dividend and

3. Issue of warrants on preferential basis to the promoters of the Company.
