Gabriel India Board to recommend dividend

Gabriel India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend, if any, subject to the approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
