Makers Laboratories seeks approval through postal ballot for disposing Palghar unit

Makers Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2007, has been resolved the following, subject to the approval of the members through postal ballot, to:

1. Sell / Transfer and / or otherwise dispose off in any manner, whatsoever, the Company's undertaking being formulations manufacturing unit situated at Palghar (District Thane).

2. Shift the registered office of the Company from 44, Dewan Udyog Nagar, Palghar (District Thane) to 54D, Kandivli Industrial Estate, Kandivli (West), Mumbai.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17, down by Rs.0.20 or 1.16%. The total traded quantity was 1582 compared to 2 week average of 2616. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.05 and low of Rs.17.
