Kojam Fininvest Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on June 04, 2007, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the arrangement proposed to be made between the Company and the shareholders of the Company in the nature of arrangement and amalgamation of the Company with Gujarat Glass Ltd.
The stock was trading at Rs.178.50, up by Rs.4.60 or 2.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.180.75 and low of Rs.170.30. The total traded quantity was 1975 compared to 2 week average of 3719.
