Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of 20% for the financial year 2006-2007 for approval by the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The stock was trading at Rs.148.35, down by Rs.0.65 or 0.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.153 and low of Rs.148.05. The total traded quantity was 12755 compared to 2 week average of 4529.
